Beschreibung
Used Rittershaus & Blecher chamber filter press, type AEHIS 1200, in overhead-beam design for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. The plate pack comprises 35 polypropylene plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format with 30 mm cake thickness, providing approx. 85 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 1,200 dm³ with closed filtrate discharge.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar with a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar; plate shifting is automatic. Overall dimensions are approx. L 5,800 × W 1,900 (2,550) × H 2,500 (2,900) mm. Feed pump technology and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available. A warranty of 6–12 months is granted on this unit.
The machine is ready for immediate use and available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
