Beschreibung
Used chamber filter press 1200/100 in head-guided tunnel design for large-scale sludge dewatering. The plate pack comprises 100 polypropylene chambers in 1200 × 1200 mm format with 30 mm cake thickness, providing approx. 459 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 2,999 dm³ with closed filtrate discharge.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 15 bar with a closing pressure of 380 bar and an operating temperature range of 10–50 °C. Plate shifting is automatic and closure is electro-hydraulic; a control cabinet is included (motor voltage 380 V, control voltage 230 V – 24 V). Filter cloths matched to the medium, safety equipment and further accessories are optionally available; an optional general overhaul before delivery can be arranged.
The machine is functional and ready for use. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
