Descripción
REWA SP 1-250/8 chamber filter press in side-bar design — a demonstration unit with zero operating hours, suitable as a laboratory press, pilot unit or wine press. The plate pack comprises 8 polypropylene plates in 250 × 250 mm format with 25 mm cake thickness, providing approx. 0.56 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 7 dm³ with open filtrate discharge.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar; plate shifting is manual and product-contact parts are made of PP and stainless steel. Overall dimensions are approx. 960 × 400 × 360 mm at a weight of 350 kg (photo shows an identical unit). Pump technology, for example an air-operated diaphragm pump, and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available; the unit can be configured to customer requirements.
The machine is available for purchase or rental. Inspection can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
