Beschreibung
Used chamber filter press manufactured by Netzsch, built in 1990, in side beam design. The press is fitted with 68 polypropylene filter plates in 800 × 800 mm format (expandable to approx. 80 plates in final configuration) with a cake thickness of 25 mm, providing approx. 132 m² of filter area and approx. 970 dm³ press volume at a filter pressure of approx. 15 bar and a closing pressure of approx. 380-410 bar.
The machine features automatic plate transport and is supplied with hydraulic power unit and control cabinet. Filter cloths are optionally available, matched to the medium, and pump technology can be supplied as an option.
