Beschreibung
Used REWA chamber filter press 470/13 in side-bar design for solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering. The plate pack comprises 13 polypropylene chambers in 470 × 470 mm format with 25 mm cake thickness, providing approx. 7.68 m² of filter area (open discharge) and a chamber volume of approx. 41.88 dm³.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 15 bar with a closing pressure of 380 bar and an operating temperature range of 10–50 °C. Plate shifting is manual and a control cabinet is included (motor voltage 380 V, control voltage 230 V – 24 V); a hydraulic pump, safety equipment, filter cloths matched to the medium and further accessories are optionally available. An optional general overhaul before delivery can be arranged.
The machine is functional and ready for use. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
