Used Rittershaus & Blecher chamber filter press, type 0-22-080-2230-00, built in 1989, for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. The plate pack currently comprises 24 plates in 800 × 800 mm format with 30 mm cake thickness, providing approx. 21 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 310 dm³; at final expansion the press reaches approx. 29 m² and approx. 430 dm³.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar. Overall dimensions are approx. 5,480 × 2,000 × 2,660 mm (L × W × H). Filter cloths matched to the medium and safety equipment such as light barriers are optionally available; the unit can be delivered ready for operation or refurbished to customer requirements.
The machine is available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
