Beschreibung
Used REWA chamber filter press 500/44 with included cake discharge screw for solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering. The plate pack comprises 44 polypropylene plates in 500 × 500 mm format, providing approx. 18.9 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 255 dm³.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar with a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar. Plate shifting is manual and the plate pack features an electro-hydraulic closure; control cabinet and pump technology are optionally available, as are filter cloths matched to the medium. The unit undergoes a service check or general overhaul before delivery and can be adapted or extended to customer requirements.
The machine is available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
