Beschreibung
Used REWA 400/30 chamber filter press in side-bar design for solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering. The plate pack comprises 30 chambers with 400 × 400 mm polypropylene filter plates, providing approx. 7.5 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 90 dm³ at a cake thickness of 25 mm.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 15 bar with a closing pressure of 380 bar and open filtrate discharge. Plate shifting is manual; a hydraulic pump, safety equipment and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available. Motor voltage 380 V, control voltage 230 V / 24 V, operating temperature 10–50 °C.
The machine is ready for immediate use; an optional refurbishment service with up to 12 months warranty is available on request. Inspection and a function test can be arranged by appointment, and worldwide delivery is available.
