Beschreibung
Mobile chamber filter press manufactured by Netzsch (year of construction 1993, commission no. 040.087), designed for sludge dewatering. The press is fitted with approx. 95 polypropylene filter plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format, providing a filter area of approx. 230 m², a press volume of approx. 3,400 dm³ and an operating filter pressure of approx. 15 bar.
The mobile unit measures approx. 16 m in length, 3.25 m in width and 2.97 m in height. Filter cloths can be supplied to suit the medium. Filter presses of this type are discontinuously operating pressure filters for the solid-liquid separation of suspensions.
