Beschreibung
Used mobile Filox chamber filter press, built in 1980, for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation at changing deployment sites. The plate pack comprises 88 chambers in 800 × 800 mm format (polypropylene plates) with 25 mm cake thickness and a usable length of 5,200 mm, providing approx. 98 m² of total filter area and a total cake volume of approx. 1,100 litres with open filtrate discharge.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 15 bar with a closing pressure of min. 300 bar to max. 320 bar. The electrical system runs on 380 V, 50 Hz with protection class IP 44; the operating side is on the left. Filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available.
Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
