Beschreibung
Used Rittershaus & Blecher 1500/128 chamber filter press in overhead-beam design for large-scale sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. The plate pack comprises 128 chambers with 1500 × 1500 mm polypropylene filter plates, providing 380 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 5,700 dm³ at a cake thickness of 30 mm.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 15 bar with a closing pressure of 300–400 bar and closed filtrate discharge. Plate shifting is automatic; filter cloths matched to the medium as well as further accessories and extensions are optionally available. Motor voltage 380 V, control voltage 230 V / 24 V.
An optional refurbishment service is available on request. Inspection and a function test can be arranged by appointment, and worldwide delivery is available.
