Beschreibung
Used Passavant chamber filter press in head-guided design for large-scale sludge dewatering. The plate pack takes 70 polypropylene plates at final expansion in 1500 × 1500 mm format, providing 242 m² of filter area, a chamber volume of approx. 3,340 dm³ and a throughput of 20–25 m³ per batch.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 15 bar with a closing pressure of 400 bar. Plate shifting is automatic; the electrical system runs on 380 V motor voltage with 230 V – 24 V control voltage. A feed pump and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available.
The machine is available used or optionally refurbished. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
