Beschreibung
Refurbished Rittershaus & Blecher chamber filter press in side-bar design for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation; on request the press can also be delivered mounted in a container. The plate pack comprises 68 polypropylene plates in 800 × 800 mm format with 30 mm cake thickness, providing approx. 75.21 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 1,081.2 dm³ with closed filtrate discharge.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar and features an electro-hydraulic plate-pack closure; plate shifting is manual and the plate package length is approx. 4,243 mm. Control cabinet, electrical wiring of all consumers, pump technology, safety equipment and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available.
The machine is available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
