Beschreibung
Refurbished mobile dewatering unit mounted on a trailer, built around a 500 × 500 mm chamber filter press and delivered plug-in ready as a complete, operational dewatering system — well suited for pilot trials and changing deployment sites. The plate pack comprises 5 polypropylene plates plus head and end plate, with a chamber volume of approx. 130 dm³.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar. Product-contact parts (flanges, ports) are made of stainless steel, PP or rubber-lined; non-contact parts are stainless steel. Feed pump technology is configured by arrangement, and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available. The unit was refurbished in 2017 and can be adapted to customer requirements.
The unit is available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
