Beschreibung
Used Netzsch chamber filter press 800/71, built in 2002, in side-bar design for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. The plate pack comprises 71 polypropylene plates in 800 × 800 mm format with 25 mm cake thickness and a chamber volume of approx. 800 dm³.
The press works at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar and a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar. Plate shifting is automatic; hydraulic unit and control cabinet are included. Filter cloths matched to the medium and pump technology are optionally available.
Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
