Beschreibung
Used Netzsch membrane-mix filter press (type Membrane-Mix 1000/70), built in 2012, in side-bar design for solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering. The plate pack consists of 70 polypropylene plates in 1000 × 1000 mm format with 40 mm cake thickness, giving an unpressed chamber volume of approx. 1,600 dm³.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar with a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar. Plate shifting is automatic; a hydraulic unit and control cabinet are included. Filter cloths matched to the medium and feed pump technology are optionally available.
The machine is available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
