Beschreibung
Used Rittershaus & Blecher membrane-mix chamber filter press in 1200 × 1200 mm plate format for high-performance sludge dewatering with membrane squeezing. The plate pack comprises 55 chambers with 54 membrane plates in polypropylene, providing approx. 242 m² of total filter area and a total cake volume of approx. 4,320 litres.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 10 bar with a membrane squeeze pressure of 15 bar and a closing pressure of min. 350 bar to max. 380 bar. The electrical system runs on 380 V, 50 Hz with protection class IP 44. Filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available.
Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
