Beschreibung
Used dewatering plant comprising a head-guided Rittershaus & Blecher chamber filter press, type 1200/1200/125/30, mounted on a steel frame and intended for sludge dewatering. The press carries approx. 125 polypropylene filter plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format with a cake thickness of 30 mm, providing a chamber volume of approx. 3.8 m³ at a filter pressure of approx. 15 bar. Power connection is 400 V / 125 A (CEE); the weight is approx. 65 t excluding filter cake.
Optional equipment can be supplied by arrangement, including pump technology, a polymer dosing pump (e.g. max. 1.5 m³/h), a polymer batch preparation station with two approx. 2 m³ stirred tanks, and a sludge conditioning tank of approx. 1.8 m³. Filter cloths are optionally available, matched to the medium.
