Beschreibung
Used mobile sludge dewatering plant built around a Rittershaus & Blecher chamber filter press, designed for sludge dewatering and sludge treatment. The press is fitted with 103 polypropylene filter plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format, providing approx. 510 m² of filter area and approx. 3,000 dm³ press volume at a filter pressure of approx. 15 bar; cake thickness is 30 mm.
The plant features a solid-body double screw conveyor for cake discharge, an ABEL feed pump and a closed filtrate discharge. Filter cloths are optionally available, matched to the medium.
