Beschreibung
Used mobile sludge dewatering plant manufactured by Filox, built in 1991, designed for sludge dewatering and sludge treatment. The chamber filter press is mounted on a semi-trailer and fitted with 100 polypropylene filter plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format, providing approx. 250 m² of filter area and approx. 2,944 dm³ press volume at a filter pressure of approx. 15 bar; cake thickness is 30 mm.
The unit features a closed filtrate discharge, automatic plate transport and a solid-body stainless steel double screw conveyor for cake discharge. Filter cloths are optionally available, matched to the medium.
