Beschreibung
Compact chamber filter press, Aquachem type EC 470 AK25 (year of construction 2005), designed for sludge dewatering and sludge treatment. The press is fitted with approx. 20 polypropylene filter plates in 470 × 470 mm format with a cake thickness of 25 mm, providing a filter area of approx. 12 m², a press volume of approx. 66 dm³ and an operating filter pressure of approx. 15 bar.
The press has a closed filtrate discharge and is supplied with a drip tray. Pump technology is optionally available and filter cloths can be supplied to suit the medium. Filter presses of this type are discontinuously operating pressure filters for the solid-liquid separation of suspensions.
