Beschreibung
Mobile chamber filter press manufactured by Netzsch (commission no. 040.417, figure no. 012.73/319.73/665.73/TH), designed for sludge dewatering. The press carries approx. 100 polypropylene filter plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format, providing a filter area of approx. 250 m², a press volume of approx. 3,540 dm³ and an operating filter pressure of approx. 15 bar.
The system is equipped with three SEEPEX pumps (types BN 35-12, BN 10-24 and BN 75-6LT), a polymer dosing unit and a conveyor system. Filter cloths can be supplied to suit the medium; a washing unit is not installed. Filter presses of this type are discontinuously operating pressure filters for the solid-liquid separation of suspensions.
Available for purchase or rental. Inspection and test runs at our facility can be arranged by appointment; worldwide delivery is possible.
