Beschreibung
Mobile chamber filter press manufactured by Netzsch (year of construction 1994, machine no. 89040419), designed for sludge dewatering. The press is fitted with approx. 100 polypropylene filter plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format, providing a filter area of approx. 250 m², a press volume of approx. 3,540 dm³ and an operating filter pressure of approx. 15 bar.
The unit is supplied as a complete dewatering system with an Alltech three-chamber polymer dosing unit, a conveyor belt below the press and a Kastner telescopic discharge conveyor. Filter cloths can be supplied to suit the medium; a washing unit is not installed. Filter presses of this type are discontinuously operating pressure filters for the solid-liquid separation of suspensions.
