Beschreibung
Refurbished (generally overhauled) REWA chamber filter press, type AEH 1200/70, for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. The plate pack comprises 70 polypropylene plates in 1200 × 1200 mm format with 30 mm cake thickness and a chamber volume of approx. 2,100 dm³.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of 15 bar. The plate pack is closed by an automatic 7.5 kW hydraulic unit and plate shifting is electro-mechanical; product-contact parts are in stainless steel or PP. Accessories such as feed pumps, cake discharge equipment, filtrate tray, support frame or platform, enclosure and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available and can be sized to the application.
The machine is available for purchase or rental, delivered ready for operation or refurbished to customer requirements. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
