Beschreibung
Used Netzsch chamber filter press 800/80 in side-bar design (base frame optionally available) for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. The plate pack comprises 80 polypropylene plates in 800 × 800 mm format with 25 mm cake thickness and a chamber volume of approx. 1,200 dm³.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar with a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar. Plate shifting is manual; hydraulic unit and control cabinet are included. Filter cloths matched to the medium and pump technology are optionally available.
The machine is available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
