Hiller decanter centrifuge dewatering plant type DP45N, year of construction 2018, a demonstrator machine supplied as a compact, ready-to-connect unit mounted on a platform. The exchangeable rack is built as a bridge with a galvanized steel frame and allows plug-and-play integration into ongoing operations.
The centrifuge achieves a throughput of up to max. 20 m³/h at a maximum speed of 3,500 rpm (3,063 × g). The bowl has an inner diameter of approx. 450 mm and a length of 1,948 mm; bowl material is 1.4392 stainless steel, scroll material 1.4404/1.4408. All product-contact parts and piping are in stainless steel. The plant includes a steel centrifuge base frame, central discharge with compensator, central chute with central control, a wired Hiller/Rittal switchgear cabinet and Siemens S7 automation. Dimensions are approx. 5,550 × 2,150 × 2,100 mm (L×W×H), transport weight 7,500 kg. Two identical plants are available.
