Description
Hiller DecaPress DP45N-422 VA-HY two-phase decanter centrifuge, built 2020, machine no. H6138, supplied as a complete dewatering plant in a double-stack container with side-mounted swivel conveyor and separate pump equipment. The machine is a used demonstration unit in near-new condition with complete documentation.
Key technical data: max. permissible speed 3,500 rpm, bowl inner diameter approx. 450 mm, bowl material 1.4470 (duplex), bowl wall thickness 11 mm, bowl drive 30 kW / 7.5 kW with frequency converter control, 400 V / 50 Hz. All wetted parts are made of duplex stainless steel. The scope of supply includes a Seepex MD 006-12 concentrate pump, Vogelsang RotaCut macerators (RCQ-26G and RCQ-33G inline cyclones, BioCut), a Hiller screw conveyor and a GVU polymer mix station.
Inspection and a function test can be arranged by appointment, and worldwide delivery is available.
