Beschreibung
Used Passavant chamber filter press A 1500/140 for large-scale sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation. The plate pack comprises 140 polypropylene chambers in 1500 × 1500 mm format, providing approx. 985 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 6,680 dm³ with closed filtrate discharge.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar with a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar. Plate shifting is automatic and the plate pack features an electro-hydraulic closure; control cabinet and pump technology are optionally available, as are filter cloths matched to the medium. The unit undergoes a service check or general overhaul before delivery and can be adapted or extended to customer requirements.
The machine is available for purchase or rental. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
