Beschreibung
Used REWA chamber filter press 470/36 in side-bar design, built in 2009 (machine no. 2770), for solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering. The plate pack comprises 36 polypropylene plates in 470 × 470 mm format with 30 mm cake thickness and a chamber volume of approx. 150 dm³ with open filtrate discharge.
The press operates at a filtration pressure of approx. 15 bar with a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar; plate shifting is manual and the plate package length is approx. 1,730 mm. The hydraulic unit is driven by 1.1 kW AC motors; overall dimensions are approx. L 3,500 × W 1,000 mm. Drip trays, a ram extension and an extendable plate pack as well as pump technology and filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available. A warranty of 6–12 months is granted on this unit.
The machine is in as-new condition. Inspection and a functional test can be arranged prior to purchase; worldwide delivery is possible.
