Used Netzsch chamber filter press 1500/90 in side-bar design for high-throughput sludge dewatering. The plate pack comprises 90 polypropylene plates in 1500 × 1500 mm format with 25 mm cake thickness, providing approx. 350 m² of filter area and a chamber volume of approx. 5,049 dm³ with closed filtrate discharge.
The press operates at approx. 15 bar filtration pressure with a closing pressure of approx. 380–410 bar. Plate shifting and hydraulics are automatic; a control cabinet and hydraulic unit are included, and the operating side can be right or left. Overall dimensions are approx. 10,100 × 2,300 × 2,050 mm (L × W × H) at a weight of approx. 31,000 kg. Filter cloths matched to the medium are optionally available.
