Beschreibung
ABEL electro-hydraulic piston diaphragm high-pressure pump, type HMD-G-50-500, designed as a feed pump for chamber filter presses. The horizontal simplex piston diaphragm pump is double-acting, slow-running, self-priming and dry-run safe; its flow is regulated energy-efficiently by a variable-speed drive via frequency converter, depending on the discharge pressure. A special tunnelling version of this pump type is also available.
The pump delivers up to 50 m³/h and is driven by a 30 kW motor at 1,465 rpm; the piston diameter is 200 mm. The suction flange is DN 125 PN 16 (DIN 2633) and the discharge flange DN 100 PN 40 (DIN 2635). The scope of supply includes a suction flow stabilizer with 0.5 bar vacuum breaker, air charging fittings on the suction and discharge side (incl. pressure reducer, solenoid valve, non-return and throttle valves), a frequency converter and accessories such as drain cock and pressure gauge. A control cabinet is not included; wiring diagrams are supplied. The photo shows a unit of similar construction.
The unit is new and unused. Inspection and function test by arrangement; worldwide delivery is available.
